Recommend it for an average stay
The staff was very kind and easily gave me an extra towel when I asked! Plus, it was just a short walk to the entrance. I loved that convenience after a long day exploring.
It wasn't pricey, but for what you get, it could be better.

The hotel has very good location next to the visitors centre ( 5 min. walking ), staff helpfull with local arrangements . Nice spacious room , facing the atrium with swimming pool. Everything functional, a/c, safety box, comfortable beds. Friendly bar with choice of local and international beer. Early check-in was no problem, our room was available already at 11am. Breakfast buffet with a good choice.

Excellent location (5 min walk to the site gate of Petra), friendly, helpful staff and surprisingly good food (for a hotel) at a reasonable price, with lunch at poolside under palm tree and dinner in the cosy hotel bar. Nice, clean swimming pool and huge rooms. Our room overlooked the pool at the back and was very quiet. Great value for money!
Slightly gloomy lobby (but it should not put you off). The aircon struggled a bit to keep the huge room cool at night. Try to get a room at the back, the road in front of the hotel is noisy until (very) late...

As a budget hotel, it is a good facility. Location is excellent on the main tourist street with the Petra ruins entrance and many restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff and management were very helpful and accommodating and made our stay comfortable.
The TVs are old ones and can be upgraded with more channels.

The whole experience was very good. The hotel was modern and the staff was attentive, it had incredible location to the valley itself. I had the cold buffet breakfast at 6.00am. Location: the property was close to petra center, busstation and many restaurants and gift shops.

Very close tothe entrance to Petra; the hotel was clean, nice ambience, the room was good with pool view and beds were comfortable; healthy breakfast; Staff were nice and co-operative; they went out of their way and arranged for us a taxi for our trip to Wadi Rum in a very tight schedule. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, families or back-packers alike!
No wi-fi service in rooms; old-fashioned TV with limited channels; long corridors; pool is not temperature controlled.

The room was decent but not particularly clean, had an issue with the hot water, and there wasn't a toilet brush. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper, annoying. The bed sheets weren't great either. On the bright side, it was spacious and the staff at reception were helpful, even sending wine for our anniversary. The air conditioning really didn't work, a bummer because it was hotter inside than outside. The location was the best part.
